Besides working independently, Kelly is also part of Carava King-Taylor Group of Chicago. Working within a group gives her added flexibility and the benefit of working with people she knows and trusts. The other brokers in this group are Jeanne Carava and Aimee Pagano. My clients benefit from the knowledge and expertise of three brokers who have all grown up in and around Chicago and have a combined experience of 18 years in Chicago real estate. They conduct pre-purchase, new-home construction and pre-listing inspections. They also offer mold and termite inspection as well. When making one of the biggest purchases of your life, it pays to have a thorough inspection.
